    西方对中国的批评之声,大家都听到过。实际上,有些问题,在中国,早就讨论过,但是,总有人要用双重标准苛求我们。为什么就不能打破壁垒,进行更加坦诚更加公平的关于中国的讨论呢?譬如政治体制改革,你们到底要我们怎么做才算符合你们的标准呢?你们有什么期待?你们想要看到中国的政治体制有一个彻底的逆转吗?中国当然要变,不断发展,不断增长,不会停滞不前。我们不是什么事情都已十全十美,但改革本身,绝对不会是你们所想的那样。邓小平早就说了,我们必须有这样一个体制,保证这个国家的命运不能由一个人或者一小部分人来决定,应该有一个更加深思熟虑的的决策过程和更加科学的人才选拔机制。但当代中国的依法治国,只能建立在中国的国情之上。中国法治的基础就是中国特色。改革不能也不会偏离中国特色社会主义。
